A leading local environmental services company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead their HSE initiatives and programs. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Qualifications

• Minimum 08 years of related work experience in similar industries.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Science or equivalent.
• NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / OSHAD or equivalent certification in HSE audit.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the HSE team to implement HSE initiatives.
• Develop and implement operational risk assessments.
• Conduct Behavioural Safety Audits as per guidelines.
• Carry out workplace HSE inspections and audits.
• Audit subcontractors for HSE compliance.
• Support Construction teams in establishing HSE procedures.
• Foster continuous improvement in HSE Management Systems.
