Bookkeeping jobs in United Arab Emirates

1. Prepare and distribute accurate employee pay slips in a timely manner.
2. Post payroll information to the system and coordinate with the bank for payment processing.
3. Generate monthly tax invoices for payroll clients and follow up on payments.
4. Record daily receipts and update financial records in the system.
5. Generate and maintain monthly accounts receivable reports.
6. Handle bank guarantee applications and related banking activities.
7. Manage related party invoices and oversee chargebacks.
8. Reconcile related party transactions, ensuring accuracy.
9. Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
10. Review and approve pension-related invoices.
11. Accurately prepare and process pension payments in a timely manner.
12. Assist with additional accounting tasks and reporting as required.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll and accounting functions.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (D365, FOCUS) and payroll software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
