Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an Internal Auditor for a Dubai-based enterprise in the retail industry. The role involves evaluating store operations, performing audits, and ensuring compliance across retail outlets. Qualifications

• At least 5–6 years of Internal Audit experience in the retail industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of store operations, inventory management, and retail controls.
• Bachelor’s degree (CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CISA preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate store operations, identify risks, assess internal controls, and ensure compliance.
• Perform surprise audits, inventory counts, cash checks, and stock verification.
• Document audit findings, root causes, and risk implications.
• Review store-level processes including billing, discounts, cash handling, etc.
