We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive business growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across our service offerings.

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Lead accounting, tax, audit, and administrative teams, ensuring timely service delivery and high-quality output.
• Manage cash flow, investment analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on financial planning, tax structuring, and corporate governance.
• Drive digital transformation and adopt financial technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare board-level reports and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in financial leadership within the UAE, preferably in the corporate services or consulting sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT, ESR, UBO, and AML regulations.
• Expertise in financial systems, ERP tools, and digital finance solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
