Qualifications

• 2 years as a Building Management System Attendant in a reputable environment.
• Expert knowledge of Building Management Systems.
• Good understanding of planned preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the BMS and related equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of chillers, pumps, and motors.
• Maintain all water features including swimming pool.

Skills

Electrical/Mechanical Trade skill or Diploma

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Basic mathematical skills

Ability to lift and carry heavy items

Experience in hotel maintenance environment

Education

Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical trade
