Job summary

A leading medical device company is seeking a Territory Lead for its Trauma & Extremities department in Abu Dhabi. This position involves promoting and selling innovative trauma solutions, supporting surgeons, and building strong relationships with medical professionals. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business or Biomedical Engineering and possesses 1-3 years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably in trauma or orthopedics. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are required, with Arabic being a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in medical device sales; experience in Trauma, Orthopedics, or Extremities preferred.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic trauma procedures and OR environment.
• Valid driving licence and proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Trauma & Extremities solutions in Abu Dhabi.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic trauma surgeons and hospital staff.
• Execute sales activities and achieve regional targets.
