• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and financial acumen.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations gracefully.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the restaurant industry in the UAE.
• Proficient in using restaurant management software and MS Office tools.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• A hospitality-related degree or certification is preferred.
