- Create a variety of coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to customer preferences and company standards.
- Use espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment to make drinks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Prepare drinks with attention to detail, ensuring proper presentation and consistency in each order.
- Monitor supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups, restocking as needed and assisting with inventory management.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for both customers and employees.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
