Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and financial acumen.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the restaurant industry in the UAE.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and MS Office tools.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- A hospitality-related degree or certification is preferred.
