Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Bartender to prepare and serve beverages and ensure exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, maintaining bar cleanliness, and following safety regulations. The ideal candidate has strong mixology knowledge and previous bartending experience, along with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender or bar staff in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Welcome guests, take drink orders, and recommend beverages.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
- Welcome guests, take drink orders, and recommend beverages or signature cocktails.
- Ensure consistent quality, portion control, and presentation of drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
- Monitor guest behavior, ensuring responsible service of alcohol in line with legal and company policies.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, following established procedures.
- Assist with bar inventory, restocking, and rotation of supplies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a bartender or bar staff in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws and regulations.
- Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail.
