Job summary
A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a professional Coffee Service Associate to provide exceptional food and beverage service. The role involves welcoming guests, preparing a variety of coffee beverages, and promoting product knowledge among customers. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, previous experience in a coffee-related environment, and a secondary school education. Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a coffee-focused environment.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or cashiering.
