Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage department in a luxury setting.
• Previous experience of cash handling.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages following regulations.
• Ensure knowledge of menu offerings.
• Maintain stocked mis-en-place at floor stations.
• Follow reporting procedures for issues faced.
• Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of good standard.
• Adhere to Hilton Grooming standards.
• Comply with hotel security and health regulations.
