- Minimum 200 hours on A320 in the last 12 months
- Maximum acceptable age up to 60 years
- Minimum 1,500 total flight hours
- Minimum 1,000 hours on A320
- Minimum 500 hours on A320 in the last 12 months
- Maximum acceptable age up to 55 years
