Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician specializing in heavy machinery electrical systems for a full-time position in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs on machinery like excavators, diagnosing electrical issues, and working collaboratively with a team. The ideal candidate has over three years of experience in the oil and gas sector, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Auto Electrician in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components in heavy machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in heavy machinery
- Repair or replace faulty electrical components including wiring, switches, and sensors
- Install new electrical systems and equipment as needed
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company policies
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and solve complex electrical problems
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in heavy machinery electrical systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Auto Electrician in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components in heavy machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
