We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled professional to join our team specialising in the maintenance, repair and servicing of commercial vehicles and buses. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical expertise, a natural ability to communicate effectively and an enthusiasm for understanding customer needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent selling skills, offer deep technical knowledge and be adept at problem‑solving. They will play a crucial part in delivering top‑quality service to our clients, ensuring vehicle safety and reliability while fostering positive client relationships.
Commercial Vehicle and Bus Maintenance, Customer Service & Technical Support
- Carry out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance and repairs on commercial vehicles and buses ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Engage directly with clients to understand vehicle issues, communicate technical findings and explain recommended solutions in clear non‑technical language.
- Strong technical knowledge in the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles and bus systems including mechanical, electrical and diagnostic components.
- Relevant technical qualification in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working with commercial vehicles and/or buses in a technical service or maintenance capacity is required.
- Previous exposure to customer‑facing or sales roles within an automotive or commercial vehicle environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment, maintenance planning and modern vehicle systems (including hybrid/electric buses) is an advantage.
