  • 7+ years experience in equipment maintenance and repair for cementing and Frac.
  • Experienced in Tractor and Trailer Repair and maintenance.
  • General knowledge of digital/analog circuit theory.

In this role, you will work in a thriving workshop environment overseeing the delivery of solutions. You will take responsibility for mechanical maintenance ensuring quality and completion. You will contribute to the success of a large team that plays an integral in our business.

As a , you will be responsible for:

  • Keeping designated Pressure Pumping equipment in working order according to operating guidelines

  • Planning Equipment maintenance and keeping records of it in accordance with business standards.

  • Troubleshooting mechanical, Electrical and electronic equipment components.

  • Assembling, maintaining and overhauling equipment to ensure safety and reliability

  • Ensuring full compliance for all products (including any 3rd Party & Field personnel if working in shop)

  • Checking and verifying components with measuring and gauging equipment

  • Supporting incident investigations; troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems.

  • Executing SAP transactions related to material movements, equipment tracking.

  • Maintaining and Controlling parts, materials and consumables

  • Ensuring operational alignment with planning and KPI's to optimize inventory and process improvements.

  • Interacting with suppliers for equipment refurbishment, painting and welding.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 7+ years’ experience in equipment maintenance and repair for cementing and Frac
  • Technical education degree
  • knowledge of electro/mechanical components
  • Experienced in Hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Experienced in Tractor and Trailer Repair and maintenance
  • Experienced in Cementing, Frac equipment Troubleshooting and repair
  • General knowledge of digital/analog circuit theory.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Be able to work flexible hours
  • Good written, verbal and communication skills
  • Computer skills: SAP, Ariba, Maximo and Microsoft Office applications
