Job summary
A leading engineering firm is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a Water Infrastructure Project in Dubai. Ideal candidates will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying and relevant professional qualifications such as MRICS. With a minimum of 10 years of experience across various facets of quantity surveying, responsibilities will include cost planning, quantity take-off, and managing tender documentation. This position offers an opportunity to work on significant infrastructure projects in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in quantity surveying.
- Experience in preparation of bills of quantities in CESMM format.
- Ability to manage tender and contract document production.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities and estimates for water infrastructure projects.
- Evaluate and negotiate claims and variations.
- Administer contracts related to infrastructure works.

- Stantec is looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor for a Water Infrastructure Project in Dubai.
- Must have relevant tertiary qualification(s); BSc QS preferred.
- Must have relevant Professional Qualifications; e.g. MRICS
- Must have minimum 10 years experience in all facets of quantity surveying including cost planning, quantity take-off, preparation of bills of quantities in CESMM format, estimating, tender and contract document production, report writing, claim evaluation/negotiation, general post contract administration, valuation of variations, agreement of new rates, Taking Over Certificates and Defects Liability Certificates of Contracts related to infrastructure works.
