Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of MEP pre-contract services through design phases.
• Assist in assessing financial claims and providing input for settlements.
• Preparation and pricing Change Orders and negotiating agreements.

Skills

Excellent level of literacy skills in English

Working knowledge of industry practices

Excellent understanding of MEP quantity surveying practices

Good understanding of methods of measurement and measurement/billing software

Computer literate with excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
