Job summary
A leading construction firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 3-7 years of experience in the Fitout industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field and strong computer skills in MS Office, PlanSwift, and Auto CAD. Responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, preparing quantity take-offs, and ensuring deadlines are met through effective coordination with various departments.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Fitout industry.
- Strong knowledge of measurement methods (POMI).
Responsibilities
- Review tender design drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Provide complete quantity take-off and compare with tender quantities.
- Prepare a List of Technical Queries for clarification.
- Coordinate with other staff to meet deadlines and project requirements.
