Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience as QS on Buildings, Roads, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas projects.
• PMC experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, bill of quantities, and tender documentation.
• Draft and review contract documents and assess financial forecasts.
• Manage correspondence for timely pricing agreements of variations.
