Job summary
A leading project management firm is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial control for a large-scale SWRO project in Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in Quantity Surveying roles within water, utilities, or industrial EPC projects. Responsibilities include reviewing BOQs and invoices, supporting variation assessments, and ensuring contractual compliance. This role offers the opportunity to play a vital role in shaping critical water infrastructure in the region.
Qualifications
- 15 years experience in QS roles on water, utilities, or industrial EPC projects.
- Strong commercial and contract administration skills.
- UAE project experience preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Review BOQs, valuations, cost reports, and contractor invoices.
- Support variation assessments and commercial documentation.
- Monitor financial progress and ensure contractual compliance.
