Job summary

A leading construction management firm is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing cost management and quantity surveying for large-scale projects, preparing bills of quantities, and conducting valuations. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 10 years of experience, including project supervision. This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
  • At least 3 years in Supervision Consultancy.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze bills of quantities and costs.
  • Conduct on-site measurements and valuations.
  • Manage contract administration and change orders.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual matters.
