Job summary
A manufacturing company in Dubai seeks a Production Administrator to support the design department. Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules and assisting with documentation and 3D file preparation. Qualifications

- Experience in production support or administration within CNC, acrylic fabrication or 3D printing environments is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of CNC machining, acrylic fabrication processes and 3D printing technology.
- Familiarity with 3D file formats and preparation software (e.g., CAD, slicing software).
Responsibilities
- Support CNC Operators and Fabricators in daily production activities.
- Assist in the preparation and management of 3D files.
- Coordinate production schedules to optimize workflow.
- Maintain detailed production records including job tracking.
- Communicate effectively with design, production and quality teams.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and supplies.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The Production Administrator provides essential support to the Design Departments production team including CNC Operators, Acrylic Fabricators, 3D Printing Fabricators and 3D Printer Technicians. This role coordinates production schedules, manages documentation, assists with 3D file preparation and ensures smooth workflow to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Support CNC Operators, Acrylic Fabricators, 3D Printing Fabricators and 3D Printer Technicians in daily production activities.
- Assist in the preparation and management of 3D files ensuring accuracy and compatibility with printing and fabrication equipment.
- Coordinate production schedules to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain detailed production records including job tracking, material usage and machine maintenance logs.
- Communicate effectively with design, production and quality teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and supplies related to CNC machining, acrylic fabrication and 3D printing and report shortages.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues with CNC machines, 3D printers and related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, filing documents and coordinating meetings related to production activities.
