Job Title : Drilling Engineer – Tender & Contract Management

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Drilling Engineer with strong expertise in tender and contract preparation for drilling, completion, and workover operations (including ESP replacement). The ideal candidate will manage the full tendering process, contract negotiation, and administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, submit, and administer tenders and contracts related to drilling services and operations.
• Lead tender management activities, including documentation review, bid preparation, risk analysis, and technical / commercial evaluation.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle : drafting, negotiation, monitoring, amendment, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, operations, finance, legal) to support tender and contract execution.
• Monitor contractual compliance, performance standards, and financial tracking of projects.
• Identify and mitigate operational, legal, and financial risks.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and assist in resolving contractual disputes.
• Ensure adherence to UAE laws, industry regulations, and company standards.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in drilling, completion, and workover operations engineering.
• Solid background in tendering, procurement planning, contract negotiation, and technical evaluation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory environment and drilling industry standards.
