A hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a maintenance worker to perform routine vehicle maintenance and ensure safety compliance throughout the property. The ideal candidate will have a Technical Trade or Vocational School Degree and at least 2 years of related experience. They will be responsible for maintaining logs, following safety procedures, and developing positive relationships with team members. This role does not require supervisory experience or specific licenses or certifications. Physical capability to lift objects weighing 50 pounds is necessary.
POSITION SUMMARY
Perform minor routine maintenance on property vehicles (i.e. engineering trucks shuttle vans electric carts) including checking oil, fluid levels, tire pressure/wear, charging batteries and replacing spark plugs. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment including cleaning and lubrication. Maintain proper maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Maintain daily logs of operation maintenance and safety activities including test results, instrument readings and details of equipment malfunctions and maintenance work.
