• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using maintenance software.
• Experience with energy management and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, inspect, maintain, and repair building services and equipment.
• Implement planned preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond promptly to engineering and guest service requests.

Skills

Technical knowledge of HVAC systems
