OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

The role will oversee both JW Marriott Marquis and Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel and Suites. Experience managing multiple properties as a seasoned Director of Finance (DOF) is desirable due to the operation's complexity. The role involves acting as the strategic financial leader for a property cluster, achieving financial goals, and implementing strategies that meet or exceed guest and employee expectations. The candidate will provide financial expertise to support brand strategies and initiatives, maximize financial returns, and develop business plans aligned with brand objectives. Professional Skills

• Experience with Marriott Hotels and luxury brands, ideally within JW Marriott or the luxury segment.
• Management of large hotel operations or multiple properties, including managing cluster teams.
• Proven success in driving revenue, efficiency, and profitability.
• Experience with pre-opening or renovation projects.
• Experience working with government entities, royal families, or high-end corporate ownership.
• Second or third-time DOF experience preferred.

Personal Skills

• Highly organized and forward-thinking.
• A people person who is approachable and coaching-oriented.
• Diplomatic with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and humility to foster stakeholder and owner relationships.
• Passionate about finance, auditing, and results.
• Minimum 4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
