Job summary
A dynamic accounting firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced accountant to manage financial records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. The role involves handling Xero software, reconciling payment data, and supporting financial reporting. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong Excel skills. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE, ideally within an SME or F&B business.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Xero accounting software.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records in Xero, ensuring compliance with UAE legal requirements.
- Manage general ledger and financial reporting structure.
- Reconcile sales and payment data from Shopify, Stripe, and bank transfers.
