Job summary

A global leader in energy services is seeking a Senior Accountant in Abu Dhabi. You will manage all day-to-day finance affairs, assist in project finance efforts, and ensure compliance with internal policies while contributing to renewable energy projects. Candidates should have a strong command of English, a minimum of 8 years' experience in finance, and be flexible with work hours. This role offers the opportunity to support groundbreaking projects in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in finance, accounting or controlling in an audit firm or multinational company.
• Foundation knowledge in accounting; process and systems oriented.
• Flexible: willing to work long hours, weekends, and be on call if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day finance matters including accounting, reporting, treasury, and audit.
• Assist in company formation, initial procurement, and setting up processes.
• Prepare VAT returns and support in annual audit.
