Hiring: Sales Consultant Real Estate Company
Location: Business Bay Dubai.
Experience: Must have experience in the UAE.
Requirement: Brokerage experience is required.
Salary: AED 5000 - AED 7000 depending on experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Sales & Negotiation Skills
- Ability to persuade and influence potential buyers & investors.
- Expertise in structuring profitable deals for clients.
- Skilled in objection handling and closing high ticket sales.
- Strong upselling & cross-selling strategies.
2. Communication & Client Management
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Skilled in conducting presentations, property tours & virtual sales meetings.
- Strong follow-up and customer engagement skills.
3. Real Estate Market & Legal Knowledge
- Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws & RERA regulations.
- Knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties.
- Awareness of mortgage financing, property registration & legal contracts.
- Familiarity with freehold vs. leasehold ownership.
4. Lead Generation
- Ability to source, qualify & nurture leads effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing & social media platforms for sales.
5. Multitasking & Time Management
- Ability to handle multiple clients, deals & negotiations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to market changes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient in a competitive market.
