Overview

Supply Chain Manager – Location: Dubai, UAE

Plan: AED 300,000 - 360,000 per annum + yearly ticket and medical for self

Responsibilities
  • Uses forecasting or historic demand to establish stock levels.
  • Ensures quality assurance of materials acquired.
  • Handles adjustments to product prices based on changes in exchange rates.
  • Supports Sales and Marketing functions in establishing product pricing strategies.
  • Executes supply chain vendor qualification/second sourcing.
  • Performs vendor and client relationship/ratings.
  • conducts periodic site audits of key suppliers.
  • Accounts for inventory levels and reviews/appoints product placements for active SKUs.
  • Guides cycle count program and annual physical inventory procedures.
  • Executes cycle counts as required to maintain on-hand supply accuracy.
  • Tracks division expenses to ensure adherence to operating budget and provides input to budgeting.
  • Reduces overall stock value while ensuring timely distribution to customers.
  • Coordinates logistics and optimizes shipping/receiving resources for cost efficiency.
  • Maximizes supply chain activities and documentation for performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 4+ years of materials management experience, including 2-5 years of leadership/management experience.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
