We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and manage our Corporate Sales accounts. This position demands following key responsibilities:

• Organizes site visits, sales calls, sales blitzes and other sales related activities.
• Possesses strong negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and finalize contracts.
• Obtains good knowledge about the local and global accounts (existing and new accounts).
• Develops close cooperation with accounts to drive business and increase market-share of (Corporate accounts, Embassies, Government, Consortia, TMCs, Long stay accounts).
• Maintains all the administration for the segment.
• Works with the Revenue Management Team to identify best strategies to maximize revenue for the hotel and to develop accurate data reporting.

Qualifications
