Details on Job Description / Responsibilities
- Maintaining, servicing, repairing, and providing technical support for all products.
- Responsibilities include products from ZEISS and other brands as required.
- Preparation and timely submission of job cards.
- Preparation and estimation of work costs.
- Providing technical support to sales personnel during exhibitions, demos, and client visits.
- Visiting clients nationwide and internationally.
- Offering and supporting the sale of Product Support Agreements (PSA).
- Liaising with internal staff.
- Providing continuous feedback to management.
- Training customers.
- Mentoring and conducting internal training for trainees and new engineers.
Job Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Experience / Special Knowledge / Personal Attributes
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Electron Microscopy or a related field.
- Special knowledge of PC electronic troubleshooting, software, and customer interaction.
- Must be a team player, able to work unsupervised, and work under pressure.
- Preference for candidates with 10 years of microscopy experience.
