• Manage global logistics projects related to clinical trial supplies.
• Conduct compliance reviews and coordinate international shipment processes.
• Liaise directly with clients to scope, plan, and execute high-value import projects.
• Lead the proposal and quoting process for client requests.
• Ensure smooth handovers and successful project delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
• Handle client escalations, manage timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present pre-compliance overviews to international clients and help drive deal conversions.
