A reputable financial institution in Johannesburg is seeking a Business Broker Consultant to drive sales and enhance relationships with Financial Advisers. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience managing a panel of Financial Advisers, and will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and conducting presentations. This role demands strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to sales.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed on allocated sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Financial Advisers.
- Identify new Financial Advisers and business opportunities.
- Provide technical training and ongoing support.
- Facilitate the sales process and ensure correct channels.
- Participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry developments.
- Review business pipeline and ensure conversion.
- Conduct presentations to Financial Advisers.
- Attend regional Financial Adviser meetings.

Our Client, a reputable financial institution, is currently recruiting Business Development Development Consultant to join their team in the Johannesburg region.
Duties Include:
- Consistently deliver and exceed on allocated sales targets.
- Develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisers, ensuring consistent growth of their panel.
- Assist in identifying new potential Financial Advisers and opportunities for business growth.
- Technical training and ongoing product support to Financial Advisers
- Facilitate the sales process to ensure that Financial Advisers are going through the correct channels.
- Participate in proactive sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build and sustain profitability in their business.
- Keep up to date with competitor product and service offerings and industry developments, making recommendations to management where necessary.
- Review New Business Pipeline, follow up and tracking to ensure conversion.
- Give regular one on one and group presentations.
- Strong telephone manner: able to make successful cold calls and sell products telephonically.
- Weekly analysis and reporting on deliverables / achievements.
- Attend regional Financial Adviser meetings and deliver on businessmarketing strategy to Financial Advisors
2 years experience managing a panel of Financial advisors is essential.
