Job summary
A leading global healthcare company seeks a Quality Management System Graduate in Johannesburg. In this role, you will ensure compliance with quality requirements and support the QA Department. Responsibilities include managing quality systems, assisting with contract management, and providing administrative support. A qualification in pharmacy assistance or administration is required, and a background in science or pharmaceuticals is beneficial. We value analytical skills and attention to detail in our candidates.
Qualifications
- Evidence of maintaining and upholding rules and SOPs.
- Scientific or pharmaceutical background would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Support compliance to quality requirements as prescribed by current GMP and GDP.
- Provide administrative support to the QA Department.
- Initiate events in the electronic documentation management system.
- Track and update the destruction certificate process.
- Assist with oversight of service providers.
