Job summary
A leading automotive solutions provider is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will have a Matric Certificate and relevant quality certification, alongside 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing non-conforming products, and participating in quality activities. Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant Quality Control experience in Automotive Manufacturing.
- Ability to work shifts and overtime as required.
- Good attendance and punctuality are operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections and report quality incidents.
- Monitor the quarantine area and manage non-conforming products.
- Participate in quality-related activities as assigned.

We looking for a Quality Inspector M/F based : South Africa
- Matric Certificate
- Relevant Quality certification / technical qualification
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant Quality Control experience, in a similar capacity in Automotive Manufacturing or Manufacturing
- Reporting on all quality inspections
- Conduct visual inspection
- Report and record non confirming products
- Monitor and manage quarantine area
- Conduct random sampling in accordance with set requirements
- Warranty investigation claims
- Reporting quality incidents and non-conformances
- Conduct process checks and advise the Team Leader of any defects
- Participate in quality related activities as may be assigned from time to time
- Ensures compliance with Safety and standard work procedures
- Performing quality assessments on all products
- Ability to read drawings
- Ability to use measuring tools
- Must be able to work shifts in line with the operational requirements
- Work overtime as and when required in line with customer and company operational requirements
- Good attendance and punctuality is an operational requirement
- Ability to work under pressure.
