Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the industry, a relevant tertiary qualification, and will be responsible for performance management and crisis handling. National and SADC travel will be required for this full-time permanent position.

Purpose of the Role

To take full national accountability for all precast concrete and paving manufacturing operations, driving production excellence, profitability, zero-harm safety, quality standards and strong leadership across multiple business units country-wide.

Key Responsibilities

• Full oversight of production, mechanical, technical, IR, safety, recruitment and training for all precast / paving plants nationwide
• National business & production planning and strict budget management
• Rapid and effective handling of operational contingencies and crisis management
