Remuneration : R17000.00 – R23000.00 Basic, based on experience + Incentives + Provident Fund Employer contribution – 8% of basic salary + Medical Aid – 50% + Ongoing training and development opportunities

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Technician to join their Service team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in servicing and repairing a variety of equipment, as well as exceptional customer service skills. The Specialist Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, performing repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer specifications
• Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Create detailed service reports and documentation of work performed
• Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in technology
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide efficient service

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service technician, with a focus on troubleshooting and repairing equipment in the motor industry
• Strong technical expertise in a variety of equipment types and brands
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Motor Industry experience Essential!!
