We are looking for an experienced, reliable sectional title manager. We need someone immediately to manage a portfolio of sectional schemes in the Vaal Triangle.
- Handle day-to-day operations of sectional title schemes
- Communicate with trustees, owners, tenants, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with sectional title legislation
- Prepare budgets, financial statements, and reports
- Attend and manage trustee and owner meetings
- Proven sectional title management experience
- Solid knowledge of South African sectional title law
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple schemes
- Own transport and computer
