Job summary
A creative agency in Gauteng is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure the timely delivery of services. Responsibilities
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.
- Manage projects within client relationships.
We are currently looking for an Account Manager.
- Activity and resource planning
- Designing and applying appropriate project management standards for incorporation into the organization
- Managing the production of the required deliverables
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services timely
- Communicates client needs and demands to employer company
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Organizing and motivating a project team
- In charge of projects scheduling
- Cost estimating and developing budgets
- Analysing and managing Project risks
- Formulating reports and necessary documentation
