Warehousing SpecialistIntroductionCapCircle requires the placement of a Warehousing Specialist at GSM Systems to oversee and manage warehousing operations.

This decision stems from ongoing concerns regarding GSM Systems' handling of equipment, which has led to operational inefficiencies and lapses in trust.

The specialist will act on behalf of our client to ensure compliance, accountability, and improved inventory management.

Scope of Work
  • Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of equipment at GSM Systems.
  • Implementing and monitoring inventory control procedures.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of stock movements.
  • Conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Coordinating with the client and GSM Systems to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensuring compliance with warehousing policies and standards.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to equipment handling and storage.
Resource Competencies and Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing and logistics.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems.
  • Experience in telecom equipment handling (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and assertively within a third-party environment.
