• Provide daily operational support on CPFIS / SRS products for trade settlement.
• Ensure processing timeliness and accuracy; meet agreed SLA consistently.
• Ensure adherence and compliance to regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Track and capture key operations MIS for management reports.
• Support business plans and ad hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department.

• Knowledgeable about investment products (e.g., equity, fixed income, unit trust) preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Organized and proactively ask questions if in doubt.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Quick learner and able to multi-task.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with good risk awareness.
• Open to contract role.
