A leading financial institution in Johannesburg is looking for a Customer Service Representative to enhance customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and upselling insurance products. The successful candidate must have a financial services qualification and experience in a similar role. This position emphasizes compliance and continuous professional development.
Qualifikationen
- Experience in customer service roles with a focus on call resolution and satisfaction.
- Must hold a FSCA-approved qualification and pass the regulatory exam for representatives (RE5).
- Training in specific products and ongoing professional development required.
Aufgaben
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Upsell indirect insurance products to improve customer service.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and regulations.

To deliver dynamic customer service by answering incoming calls timeously, resolving customer queries and upselling other idirect Insurance products on offer. Offer financial advice to the customer and handle retentions.
Customer satisfaction, call resolution, quality assurance of service and calls, and compliance. FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements Applicable to this Role (Advice and Intermediary Service): FSCA-Approved Qualification, Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5). Experience as per the FAIS Act. Product Specific Training once Onboarded, Class Of Business Training, Continuous Professional Development. Attest to honesty, integrity, and good standing.
