DBN000080 – OPERATIONS MANAGER – MINING SECTOR – JHB SOUTH

Purpose of the Job:

In charge of monitoring the different branch’s performance and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Operations Management / Finance or related field
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience within an Operations Management position
• Proven track record in managing multiple teams and large-scale projects.
• Experience in financial management, including billing and collections.
• Familiarity with compliance and reporting requirements in the ESD or mining industry is advantageous.
