Job summary
A dynamic BPO company is seeking a Pre-Authorization Data Co-ordinator to support dental care services for US nursing homes. This fully remote role involves data entry and management of multiple facilities. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Applicants must have a reliable internet connection and power backup. Work is required during EST hours, including public holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail while managing large datasets.
- Ability to follow structured processes and ensure documentation completeness.
Responsibilities
- Review and organize building data into structured information.
- Prepare comprehensive attachments for nursing home facilities.
- Generate marketing spreadsheets confirming eligibility.
