Qualifications

• Three years of Earthmover tyre fitting experience required.
• Grade 12 National Senior Certificate and a valid driver's license are needed.
• Must possess strong supervisory skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tyre fitters comply with Otraco Management System policies.
• Lead tyre fitters in performing tasks efficiently and safely.
• Mount and strip any type of tyre and wheel/rim assembly.

Understanding of working mechanisms of tools or machinery

Education

Grade 12 National Senior Certificate
