A well-established company is looking for a Technical Lead to join their Cape Town team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of programming experience and 3-5 years leading development and support teams in an agile environment. Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, especially AWS, along with skills in Python (Django) or Ruby on Rails is essential. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in programming.
- 3-5 years' experience in managing development and support teams.
- Well versed in cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Skilled in Python with Django or Ruby on Rails.
