1. Medical Aid Administration & Client Support:
   Assist clients with medical aid applications, renewals, and amendments.
   Manage claims processing and liaise with medical aid providers.
   Maintain accurate policy documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
2. Sales & Business Development:
   Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into medical aid policyholders.
   Cold call, follow up on leads, and generate new business opportunities.
   Provide expert advice on medical aid plans, benefits, and exclusions.

3. Compliance & Reporting:

5. Regulatory Compliance: RE Exam certification and other relevant qualifications are highly beneficial.
