Our client is seeking a Senior PHP Developer to step into a Team Lead or Technical Lead role. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who can see the big picture, mentor developers, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality, scalable web applications. You'll be leading multiple projects built on PHP-based frameworks like Laravel, CraftCMS, and Yii, with thousands of daily users.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple client projects.
2. Collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of new and existing PHP-based applications.
3. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance across all projects.
4. Guide and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment.
5. Participate in client-facing discussions when necessary, articulating technical solutions.
6. Maintain and build new features for web apps using Laravel, CraftCMS, and Yii.
7. Manage automated testing strategies and enforce CI/CD workflows.
8. Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making.
